FMA Blu-ray Movies And Gyo DVD Releases Delayed

Alas, two upcoming anime releases have been delayed, but fear not, they are still on their way.

First up, this tweet from MangaUK regarding the Blu-ray packs of the Fullmetal Alchemist movies:

"FYI: The Blu-Ray version of the Fullmetal Alchemist movie double pack has been delayed until December. This is due to a production issue with the Conquerer Of Shamballa Blu-Ray specifically. The DVD version of the double pack and the individual DVD and Blu-Ray of Sacred Star Of Milos are unaffected and are still set for release on September 3rd."

So you'll have to wait until December for Ed and Al in high definition. On the plus side, it will make a great stocking filler for the FMA fan in your life. Or for yourself.

Meanwhile, Terracotta's first foray into anime, Gyo: Tokyo Fish Attack has been bumped back by two weeks. It will now be released on 3 September.

The film is being released under Terracotta's horror imprint, Terrorcotta, and is based on the seriously weird manga by Junji Ito.

If you have ever wanted to see an army of fish with legs attacking Japan, this is the film for you.
