The Korean Cultural Centre Presents HaHaHa

The Year of 4 Actors Korean movie nights continues in April as the Korean Cultural Centre UK presents a screening of Hong Sangsoo's HaHaHa.

Moon Kyeong (Kim Sang Kyung) is about to emigrate to Canada but before he goes he meets up with his friend Bang Jung Shik (Yoo Joon Sang) to share a few drinks and memories.

The two men swap stories about a town they have both visited, Tongyeong, by the sea.

As they exchange memories, it becomes clear that although neither of them knew it, they were both in Tongyeong at the same time and that they knew the same people.

HaHaHa was awarded the Prix Un Certain Regard at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with actress Moon So-ri, who stars in the film and whose career has been in the spotlight for The Year of 4 Actors.

The film is free to attend but places are limited and must be reserved in advance by email - info@kccuk.org.uk - or by phone on 020 7004 2600.
