the GazettE: Blast from the Past!

With the GazettE’s hotly anticipated eighth album DOGMA ready to hit our shores (go check out its moody teaser on YouTube!), JPU Records has listened to the demands of fans and have delved into the acclaimed rocker’s back catalogue to re-release their first three major albums!

Out now NIL (Nameless Liberty Underground), the album that projected the visual kei group to notoriety across Japan. It smashed into the charts at number four when it was originally released in 2006, and single Cassis became a modern-day classic ballad in the process.

Also out now is the double release of STACKED RUBBISH and DIM, the GazettE’s third and fourth albums. The former contains office headbang track-of-choice Filth in the Beauty (one unofficial upload of it has had over five million hits on YouTube), the upbeat HYENA, and spooky ballad Chizuru (featured in the Korean horror film APT). The latter is quite possibly the band’s darkest, heaviest material, even sounding a bit like Slipknot in parts.

All the releases will be available on CD from JPU Records, and include bonus translation booklets, as well as their original photo and lyric books. If digital is more your thing, the albums will also be available for download and streaming from all the usual places.
