Japanese Language Workshops In Edinburgh and London

The Japan Foundation London Language Centre, part of the Japan Foundation London, promotes and supports Japanese language teaching in the UK.

The Foundation has two workshops in October 2012 to give people a taste of Japanese through the media of anime and manga.

Japanese in Anime & Manga - anime-manga.jp - is an e-learning site created by the Japan Foundation to give Japanese learners and anime and manga fans an opportunity to learn Japanese in an enjoyable way, using anime and manga as a gateway to their studies.

These workshops will introduce learners to the Japanese in Anime & Manga website, and explore how the site can be used to enhance your own Japanese language studies and enjoyment of Japanese culture.

The workshops will take place in Edinburgh and London of the following dates:

Thursday 4 October 2012, 16:00-18:00
Venue: The University of Edinburgh
Levels: Basic - Advanced (JLPT N5 - N1/Level 1); English explanations will be given.

Friday 5 October 2012, 18:30 - 20:30
Venue: The Japan Foundation London
Levels: Intermediate - Advanced (JLPT N3/Level 3 - N1/Level 1); The workshop will be in Japanese
