Kyary Begins World Revolution!

Harajuku's kawaii Queen Kyary Pamyu Pamyu has confirmed a very special a UK date as part of her 100%KPP world tour!

Hold on to your eyeliner though - tickets to see Japan's Fashion Monster sold out nearly as fast as the show was announced. So, expect a packed O2 Academy Islington on 13 February as a crowd of around 800 fans Pon Pon Pon in unison.

If you weren't lucky enough to get a ticket, you can still own a piece of Kyary. Her latest single is planned to drop on 30 January. The double A release will feature the tracks 'Kimi ni 100%' and 'Furisodation', the former being the current theme to anime comedy Crayon Shin-chan. It should be hitting iTunes stores around the same time.

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu first shot to international fame thanks to the video for her debut single 'PonPonPon', which has over 40 million views - a figure that would've sounded impressive in the pre-PSY era. Soon, Japan caught up with her notoriety, and by the time of her second single, she had become the new face of Tokyo, plastered in about every advertising form imaginable. Is London next?
