
Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra Coming To London
So you know your J-pop, your J-rock and your Visual Kei - how about J-ska?
Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra are touring the world to promote their new album Walkin' and they will be playing a show at The Relentless Garage on 28th July.
The band formed in 1989 and quickly built a reputation for their high energy live performances and within two years they went from playing small clubs to filling Tokyo's Budokan hall with 10,000 people. In 2003, the topped that, performing to 15,000 fans at the Yokohama Arena.
They are no strangers to the UK, having played club shows and at Glastonbury on previous visits.
Over the years they have recorded with Puffy AmiYumi and ex-member of The Specials Rico Rodriguez.
