The Ocean Dub still has nothing on the Original Japanese cast and the fun songs too. Buy the damn series already, there's links to the best deals here.

Pretty sure Canada and Australia got the Ocean dubs too, though I'm not sure. Ocean dub was far better. In the more dramatic and serious scenes, I remember those drum beats of the soundtrack. The voices too suited the characters better.

I may as well post this here rather than in the other DB thread.
The final Double Feature from Funimation is on it's way! Fusion Reborn/Wrath of the Dragon!
Trailer

"Triple Feature?" They always screw these previews up.
There's also a rumor that Funimation is making this final DVD set cheaper to make by having it as a regular keepcase instead of the normal Steelbook, why the hell would they screw up the consistency at the last second? It's most likely false anyway...
Actually they already screwed up consistency with that Broly Triple Feature.

As I said a page ago: NO! I'm not sure if Toei want lots of money, or if someone has the rights for this country and won't release it or if it's just not seen a viable. but it's highly unlikely we'll ever see anything other than the movies released by Warner.

Ah whoops, i thought you were just referring to the Kai series in that post ^^;
APOLOGIES, PLEASE DONT KILL ME, DO NOT WANT ;_;
Ah well. Guess I'll just have to see about getting me a multi regional DVD player.
... but before that, best check if my tv is NTSC compatible or whatever.
*Le sigh*
Back on topic, how does someone confuse two movie titles with 'triple feature'? -_-; It's quite obviously two movies, not three. Hope they correct that ...

All of the American releases are Region 2 and 4 as well, even if it says "Dragon Ball Z Season 1 (REGION 1 ONLY) It's still region 2 as well.

The only real Region 1 release in the US is the Edited Saga of Goku which will go out of print next year or so.
Season Sets cost under £30 each, and the double features are around £15 each, if for some reason we were able to get a UK release, they'd probably go up in price.

These early reditions of the DVDs can sometimes be incorrect, since the first Double Feature was the Bardock/Trunks one you can sometimes see Gohan and Bardock in the background, and they must be using the Broly Triple DVD set.
